Sup

Bila rasa badan macam tak sedap...
mula nak makan sup..
bukan sup yang masam...
sup yang betul2 rempah..
kat sini glamer sup tulang dia..
tapi kami memikirkan kolestrol yang bakal di sedut...no tulang2 kay..padahal samer jer...hiks..

aku makan sup daging dgn nasi putih jer
owwhh.. dan order sate ayam sorang 5 cucuk jer..


daging dia lembut sangat..sup dia aku makan licin tinggal mangkuk dan sudu jer..  :)


buuurrrrpppp...alhamdulillah...
esok terus tak jadi selsema...yey!

  2. Hi Harnidah, I can practically get the delicious scent of that soup.
    I have not had this more than 26 years! Your photo macham 3D.....feel like taking a spoon and have some, ha ha.

    Harnidah, to avoid cholesterol, drink Chinese green tea, 3 to 5 cups a day, you'll be fine.
    Or Japanese Sen cha....Japanese green tea.
    Especially bila makan oily foods, it'll help get rid of the oil.

    i used to drink japanese green tea whenever i eat at mr. tepanyaki only...hahahaha
