Bluberry Cheese Tart and Pavlova

Ada stok cream cheese kat umah..
kalau tak guna kang expire...

mari kita semangatkan diri wat tart ni..dah lama teringin...
kebetulan adik 2nd last datang..
mari kita kerjakan dia utk tolong di dapur...ngehngehngeh..

kalau nampak ujung bawah tu ada desgin bluberry merapu tu keje adik aku yer..
pas tengok dia wat design macam hapa tu..terus aku guide dia wat cam yang the rest..
well..aku tunjuk satu dua jer..yang lain dia wat sendiri...

lepas bako..dia komen crust yg dia blajaq dulu lagi sedap...
so..kita leh tinggalkan resepi crust itu...
nanti hg balik sila punggah resepi mu itu...bak sini...

dan akibat 2 misi mencari pavlova idaman hati menemui jalan kegagalan...

terus try buat sendiri..
resepi joy of baking...
jadi but...
too sweet for me...
tak hanyir...

maybe kena kurangkan gula...ikut cam akak Martha nyer sukatan kot...

sebabkan mencari strawberry...mostly kat supermarket dah berkulat...
kita letak buah anggur, kiwi dan canned peach udahler...

manis2...boleh kena potong kaki ni ;p

  1. Hello Harnidah, tengok these blueberry cheese tarts palova tentu will know you have a Black Belt in cake making.
You a graduate from a Swiss Finishing School? Ha ha.
Are the biru berries expensive where you are?
Here the bears love to eat them....

If walking in the forest nak jaga sikit, if ada these blueberries, black berries...takut ada bears around....
lagi pun takut the bears pulak nak tukar menu....
look at us...ha ha ha. Chabut!

I love your use of these new style bahasa....I think bila saya balek kampong, and speak my sebelum Merdeka bahasa, people will ask me which Planet I come from, arhaaaa ha ha.

I love the way you decorate the cakes, looks very classy. Malan satu nak dua, then tiga, ha ha ha.
You have a nice day, simpan satulagu dalam hati.
    Lee.
One day I will ask that lady boss about her shop name, *wink*. Ha ha.

  3. haha..thanks Uncle lee for your sweet like candy compliment :)
no,i don't have black belt in baking..but do have blue belt in tae kwan do ;p
i was graduated IT degree from local University only..but i am definately sure that i took the wrong course haha..

blueberries are quite expensive here..but i think raspberry even more expensive though...ic...thats why my blueberries stock are ran out..your bears might have eaten them all!

uncle lee..your bahasa always remind me of my dad...the way he always spell "chawan" for cup make us laugh when read it..the way of calling the ruler as 'kayu role' and the sharpener as 'gurmit'.

by the way..the pavlova was decorated by my sis..that day she has conquered my kitchen!

  5. Hi Harnidah, betu la, your cakes are really very attractive.
And you ada belt biru in Tae Kwan Do....
Waaa, ni kalau machan kawan saya Alan tu, if he wink wink, smack that Anne's bum, she ada belt biru, habis cherita! Alan terbang across the bilek, ARHAAAA HA HA HA.

I guess your dad maybe my time too, study during pre Merdeka time....the spelling and pronouncing semua ada lain.
Compared to day, the spelling all shortcut....
I use, 'lepas tu'.....everyone now use, 'pastu'....ha ha ha.

Oh ya, I still remember the mature Chegu who taught us bahasa had one front teeth missing, so a lot of words no 's' sounds like ada 's'....we nick named him, Chegu Batu Caves, ha ha ha.

Thus with my bahasa saya sekarang da la kena masuk museum, ha ha. Suda antique.
But hey....bahasa da antique, but my Ninjalogy boleh jalan lagi, ha ha ha.
You have a nice day, harnidah.
    Lee.

i hope that Anne don't have any skills in martial arts..kalau tak..habis your friend Alan...hihi

actually...i've learned tae kwan do so loooongggg longgggg time ago during my secondary school...the only step that i remember now is just "langkah seribu". *wink wink*

oh ya...today a lot of sms type of spelling..short cut..i think because of want to save money sending sms to your friend..macam pastu , camtu = macam itu etc..but in school...still u have to write properly..otherwise..u r gonna failed your bahasa paper!

we r always have a bahasa teacher to remember..hihi..i have one also...dah pencen dah pun cikgu (chegu)tu.

by the way...my name is Harnida. Hussin is my dad'd name...always looking forward for your next entry Uncle Lee..never failed to make me laugh...haaha
